    TLYNT is a San Mateo, California-based company established in 2021. They are developing a platform for matching creative individuals and content creators with advertisers looking to produce creator-led content. The platform also offers tools to facilitate the content creation and review process ensuring both creator and advertiser get the results they want. . TLYNT has established partnerships and collaborations with numerous advertisers and a growing pool of talent and is becoming a self-supporting marketplace for effortless content creation.

    About the Project

    TLYNT asked Tech Holding to help them create a hands-off platform that facilitates seamless collaboration between talent and advertisers, enabling them to connect around jobs, match skills and experience and create high-quality content. Through self-service workflows for common tasks and functions, our design aimed to reduce time-consuming effort and confusing communication flows, helping projects complete faster and with fewer revisions.

    Challenges

    • Advertisers struggled to search for and find suitable talent, view portfolios, track content creation progress, and manage assets efficiently. They relied on manual management using Excel spreadsheets and email for communication.

    • Talent faced difficulties viewing projects, exploring opportunities, expressing interest, understanding requirements, and navigating the asset selection and approval process.

    • These issues needed to be addressed to improve the overall experience for both advertisers and talents.

These wireframes served as the foundation for ensuring a seamless user experience, emphasizing clear navigation, intuitive layouts, and functional design to address the unique needs of both groups.

    Techholding’s task is to understand both types of personas and create a platform that effectively bridges the gap between talent and advertisers. The market is experiencing significant growth due to the influence of social media. Many content creators are now focusing on producing short films for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The platform caters to all types of models without age restrictions, resulting in a diverse user base on the talent side and a mix of technical and non-technical users on the advertiser side.

    Admin Design

    Advertisers can manage their campaigns using a dedicated admin app, where they can post opportunities, browse talent profiles, and manage collaborations. The admin app allows advertisers to track performance metrics, communicate with talents, and handle campaign details in real time, ensuring efficiency and transparency.

    UI Design

    The tlynt app facilitates seamless collaboration between talents and advertisers through an integrated platform. talents can easily view, apply for, and manage gigs through the tlynt app, streamlining the entire process for both parties. Also talent can manage their portfolio which will be attract advertiser.

    Conclusion

    By establishing an admin portal for advertisers and a mobile app for talents, the hiring process is streamlined and user-friendly for everyone. The hiring ratio has increased by 60-70%, reducing the likelihood of misunderstandings. Talents can easily create and manage their profiles by uploading new images and videos to attract customers. Advertisers can view numerous profiles and use filtering and sorting features to select the right talent for their campaign invitations.
